New Wood:
- Application Method:
- Spray the oil onto the cutting board, wooden spoon or salad server.
- Use a clean cloth to rub the oil into the wood, ensuring even coverage.
- Apply two coats of the oil, with a minimum of one hour between coats.
Old Wood:
- Preparation:
- If the cutting board or utensil is already used, wash it with warm soapy water to remove any residue.
- Rinse the board thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry completely.
- Application Method:
- Apply one coat of the oil and rub it into the wood surface to achieve an even distribution.
Maintenance:
- For regular maintenance, reapply the oil once a month under normal use conditions.
