Description
Ray Iles Traditional Crook Knife is made by Ray Iles Edge Tools. The design has considered the shape and size of the handle for comfort and control. The blade is made from excellent O1 high carbon tool steel and holds an exceptionally sharp edge. The handle is made from beech and is treated with linseed oil. The handle will require additional coats of linseed oil from time to time to maintain the look and durability of the wood.
This is the large version of the traditional crook knives, designed to make larger cuts when starting off or for larger carving projects.
